The Verdict is in let the 50 Shades of Summer Begin. Memorial Day weekend kicks off the 100 Days of summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Forecast for the next 100 days is calling for fun. So grab your friends, sunscreen and join us for 50 Shades of Summer fun.
This summer is packed with things to do from the city to the bay, I say why not make every day a holiday. So what ever you are in the mood for- San Diego has it covered. Festivals from Beer to Bacon there is something for everyone.
This weekend kicks off Fiesta Del Sol– an annual music/street festival in Solana Beach, a fun free weekend event with lots of vendors, crafts, concerts and beer garden along Coastal 101 in Solana Beach May, 31 – June 1.
Want to be out on the field, we have baseball & Polo, Opening Day for Polo Starts June 1 and goes through Sept. 28 with a short July Break for Surf Cup- Soccer Tournament. If you prefer the track check out horse racing, The Del Mar Race Track season opens July 17th through Sept. 4th. So ladies grab your Hats, put on your Heels- It’s almost Track Season. If Cotton Candy, Fried Food & Rides sound like summer fun- the San Diego County Fair kicks off June 7 through July 6th and host to a bacon and beer fest this season.
Can’t forget about the Comic fans from around the globe of zombies to super heroes that invade America’s Finest City July 24- 27 for Comic Con– if you don’t have tickets don’t worry- you can people watch outside the convention center throughout the Gaslamp there will be plenty to see. Can even attend Heroes Brew Fest Saturday July 26th- just grab your friends and a cape and head out for a day of fun and beer tasting.
If music is your passion, tune in for fabulous live concerts all over San Diego, Open Air Concerts, Festivals, even the San Diego Fair and Del Mar race track have Concerts all summer. Del Mar concerts kick off Friday July 18th through August 31st from reggae to rock! You name it there is something to do for everyone.
